Communication and Dissemination
This work package aims at ensuring that BloomingAI’s results are visible, accessible, and useful to educators, researchers, policymakers, and the broader public. It begins with a comprehensive dissemination strategy that defines audiences, messages, and channels, and then produces high‑quality materials that explain BloomingAI clearly and engagingly, including brochures, newsletters, a dedicated web and social presence, and an animated user manual.
To contribute to the scholarly conversation, the project team will prepare and submit a peer‑reviewed article that synthesizes the project’s methods and findings in AI‑enhanced learning.
Towards the end of the project period, each partner university will host dissemination workshops that showcase the platform and share practical experiences, inviting discussion, feedback, and collaboration.
Activities
4.1 Dissemination Strategy Development
This activity involves creating a targeted communication plan to promote BloomingAI’s results through targeted communication channels. This strategy will define key messages, audiences, and dissemination methods, ensuring outreach to academia, policymakers, educators, and industry stakeholders. The strategy sequences activities over the project timeline, aligns them with major milestones, and sets clear responsibilities. It ensures consistent, timely, and accessible communication of results.
4.2 Dissemination Materials
Dissemination Materials will be developed to increase the project’s visibility. This includes the creation of brochures, flyers, newsletters, and an animated user manual to provide clear and engaging resources about BloomingAI. A project website and social media platforms will also be maintained to serve as hubs for information, engagement, and resource sharing.
4.3 Peer-Reviewed Article
To ensure the academic credibility of BloomingAI and contribute to the scholarly discussion of AI-enhanced learning, we will submit our research findings to a peer-reviewed journal. The article will capture BloomingAI’s methodology, findings, and implications for AI‑enhanced learning. The aim of the article will be to situate the project within ongoing research on pedagogy, ethics, and digital learning, by contributing to the academic discourse on AI-powered education, ethical considerations, and digital learning methodologies.
4.4 Dissemination Workshops
Each partner university will host workshops that showcase the platform, share practical experiences, and invite dialogue with educators, students, and other stakeholders. Sessions will combine demonstrations with discussion of ethics, integration pathways, and lessons learned from pilots. These events will provide opportunities for direct engagement with educators, students, and policymakers, facilitating discussions on AI in education and encouraging the integration of BloomingAI’s tools into learning environments.
